I am so excited for you that you will be able to be the artist you are in the fullest way, while delving back into your roots. I went “home” to Jamaica after having left 42 years before, with trepidation and angst. It turned out to be such an important step in my life. i felt that I had gone home in the deepest possible sense. I will think of you, as you take this journey home.

you will be fine! A fellow Indian here, and I love being in India and being around my own people. But in a way, I understand that disconnected feeling of alienation, that’s what happens when we are raised outside our motherlands. Good luck, and I hope you have a great experience in India.
